In order to increase production capacity, Häcker Küchen redesigned their manufacturing lines in 2006. VanRiet and Häcker jointly developed an innovative layout, boosting capacity and regulating their flow of goods.
Bruynzeel acquired “Keller Kitchens” and started integrating the production of Keller in their own facility in “Bergen op Zoom” in the Netherlands summer 2014. VanRiet modified the existing intralogistic solution and integrated the production line.
In 2000 Nolte decided to expand their current facility and add 4 production lines to their infrastructure. VanRiet designed the automated transport and sorting solution and connected them to the existing material handling solution.
At “Burger Küchen” VanRiet installed a total of 4 Auto Sorters. The auto sorter was specially developed by experts for kitchen and furniture manufacturers. With a maximum load of 200 Kg, they were a strategic fit for their distribution sector.
